Shipping conditions

KUNUGI, S.L.U. will deliver the products purchased by carrier. Once the merchandise is received at your address, you have a 24-hour period to claim breakages or other incidents.
The estimated delivery time has an average of 3 days (not including preparation time). This delivery time is an estimate, as it will depend on the destination of the order.
If the delivery is delayed due to force majeure (accidents, bad weather, strikes, etc.), KUNUGI, S.L.U. is not responsible for said delay. These conditions apply to Spain and Portugal; for other countries, please inquire. After completing the order and before proceeding to payment, we will inform you of the shipping cost.

Shipping will be free of charge if the order meets the following conditions:

• If you pick it up at our Show Room
• If you authorize a transport agency to pick up the order at our facilities.
• Spain (Mainland): for orders over €400 (net amount).
• Balearic Islands: for orders over €500 € (net amount).
• Canary Islands for orders over €700 € (net amount).
• Portugal (Mainland) for orders over 500 € (net amount).
• For the EU area and the rest of the world, please inquire.

*Shipping costs will never be free for salt lamps and products on offer.
