How to buy

Buy in KUNUGI, S.L.U. is easy. You only have to follow the following steps:
Click the button Register and fill your details carefully.
Once you've entered your data, make sure you are correct and click Continue
Choose category (jewelery, minerals, fossils, etc.).
Below is the list of products.
Displays the product / s you are interested or add it to the cart directly. Through clicking the page you get more product information see the enlarged photo, composition, available options, reference and price.
Select a product and add the item to the basket. Then you can continue shopping or Checkout click the button Checkout .

You will then have to choose between these options

• 
  you can pick up your order at the warehouse or receive it by agency. If you have decided to pick it up, the date from which you can do so will be indicated in the order validation email. If, on the other hand, you decide to receive it by agency, make sure that the delivery address is correct and you will receive it after seven working days.
• Choose your payment method.
  • Bank transfer
  • Bank receipt or your agreed payment method
• Confirm and send order

Once we receive your order we will proceed to validate it, we will try to serve you all the products ordered, however it may be that there is a product that we do not have in stock, we will send you an email with the products that you will finally receive and with the shipping costs if applicable and does not meet one of the following cases:

• If you pick it up at our Show Room
• If you arrange for a transport agency to pick up the order at our facilities
• Spain for orders over 300 € (net amount).
• Balearic Islands for orders over 400 € (net amount).
• Canary Islands for orders over 600 € (net amount).
• Portugal for orders over 400 € (net amount).

These conditions are valid for all products except offers and salt lamps.

IMPORTANTE: Once you have received the confirmation email you will have 15 days to complete the CHECKOUT, after which time the order proposal will be deleted.
