Shipping conditions

KUNUGI, S.L.U. will deliver the products purchased by carrier. Upon receiving the merchandise at home, has a period of 24 hours to claim breaks or other incidents.
The estimated delivery time of your order is 3 calendar days, although for some characteristic of the product purchased the term can be increased. If for reasons (accidents, bad weather, strikes ...) delivery is delayed KUNUGI, S.L.U. is not responsible for the delay.
These conditions are applicable to Spain and Portugal, for the rest of countries to consult.
After completing the order and before proceeding to the payment we will inform you of the amount of shipping of your order.
If the order fulfills the following conditions the cost of the shipment will be free:

• If you. Pick it up in our Show Room
• If you. Enables a transport agency to collect the order in our facilities
• Peninsula and Balearic Islands for orders above 300 €. (without tax)
• Canaries for orders over 500 €. (without tax)
